These terms and conditions (hereinafter, "the General Conditions") govern the access and use that the user (hereinafter, "the User") makes of the FARO BARCELONA Website (hereinafter, "the Website"). By means of the acceptance of these General Conditions, the User states: a. That you have read and understood what is stated here. b. That assumes all the obligations set forth herein. 2. Access to the Website
The simple access to the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
3. Rules of use of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the provisions of law, morals, public order and these General Conditions. Likewise, it is obliged to make an appropriate use of the services and/or contents of the Website and not to use them to carry out illicit or criminal activities that violate the rights of third parties and/or that infringe the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, or any other norms of the applicable legal system. IV.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illicit or unfair advertising. V.- Not transmit unsolicited or authorized advertising, advertising material, "junk mail", "chain letters", "pyramidal structures", or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for it. VI.- Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information. VII.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the rights of intellectual and industrial property, patents, trademarks or copyright that correspond to the owners of the Website or to third parties. VIII.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that supposes a violation of the secrecy of the communications and the legislation of personal data. The User undertakes to hold FARO BARCELONA harmless against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that may be required to be borne as a result of the User's failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules of use, reserving, in addition, FARO BARCELONA the right to request compensation for damages that correspond. FARO BARCELONA reserves the right to prohibit the use of the services offered through the Website to any User that infringes the rules and obligations established in these General Conditions.
4. Exclusion of Liability
FARO BARCELONA does not assume any responsibility related to the updating of the Website, nor does it guarantee that the published information is accurate or complete. Therefore, the User must confirm that the published information is accurate and complete before making a decision related to any service or content described on the Website. The User's access to the Website does not imply for FARO BARCELONA the obligation to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is up to the User, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. FARO BARCELONA is not responsible for the damages produced in the software and computer equipment of the Users or of third parties during the use of the services offered on the Website, nor of those that bring cause of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision of the same or prior.
5. Content and services linked through the Website

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of FARO BARCELONA or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Website grants any right over them.
7. Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or inefficacy will only affect said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the General Conditions subsisting in everything else, such provision being considered totally or partially not included.
8. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. FARO BARCELONA and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise between them to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law establishes otherwise.
